Revolve basic raw materials are fabrics produced by recycling PET bottles.
PET bottles are popular packaging for food and non-food products i.e. soft drinks, mineral water, fruit juice, etc. Manufacturers use PET plastic bottles to package products because of its strength, thermo-stability and transparency. PET is the most recyclable among the different plastics category. The process of recovery and recycling PET bottles creates job opportunities to many Filipinos aside from cleaning the environment. The following sectors directly beneits from the recovery and recycling: scavengers, junk shops, middleman/consolidators, plastic recyclers and users/consumers.
PET bottles are recycled and produced into fabrics by breaking down the bottles into fibers using environment friendly processes. These fibers are then transformed into fabrics of different colors, textures and application.
