The City Government of Laoag and the CHB Unlimited in line with the celebration of the Pamulinawen Festival will hold the 11th Breaking Away: MVF Mountain Bike Challege on February 25, 2012 at 1:00 in the afternoon.
To interested participants, registration starts at 8:00 in the morning in front of the City Hall.

The Tour of Hope is an international non-profit initiative of like-minded individuals who regularly set up biking tours as a charity project to help in fun raising efforts and awareness campaigns. This year, The Tour of Hope Philippines 2011 will be cycling from Quezon City to Laoag City on May 28 to June 1 to raise awareness and to support and prevention of cervical cancer in the Philippines.
With every Php 1,200 pesos that you donate, 12 Filipinas can under cervical cancer screening.
