Tour de Sandari Rules:
  1. Race numbers must be worn at all times during the event is not transferable.
  2. Race numbers must be placed according to instruction provided by the Race Director during the event.
  3. Participants below 18 years of age must have their registration form signed by a parent/guardian.
  4. In case of natural calamities and unforeseeable events that may cause the postponement of the event, a new date will be announced and no refunds will be given.
  5. This is meant to be a recreational and fun event but any individual demonstrating unsportsmanlike and dangerous behavior will be barred from continued participation.

Registration Fees are as follows:
  • MTB or Road Early Bird Rate: PhP 800.00/race
  • MTB or Road Regular Registration Rate: PhP 1,000.00/race
  • Kids’ Race: PhP 500
  • Seminars and Clinics: PhP 100/course (limited slots available, first come first served. Register and pay on site)
  • EARLY BIRD Registration Period is from January 13, 2011 to February 4, 2011.
  • REGULAR Registration Period is from February 7, 2011 to  February18, 2011.
  • Registration fees may be paid at the Citystate Properties and Management Corporation office or deposited at any Citystate Savings Bank branch for the account of:
    • Citystate Savings Bank Account Number 001-20-002726-1
    • Account Name: Citystate Properties & Management Corporation
  • Copy of proof of payment (i.e. receipt or teller validated deposit slip) must be submitted along with the duly accomplished registration form.
  • Collection of Race Kits (Body number, pins, map and other materias) may be done at the Tour de Sandari Tent in Sandari Batulao on February 26 & 27, from 6AM to 8AM.
  • There will be NO on site registration except for the seminars and clinics.

 

Other information:
  • Drinking water will be provided at the Start/Finish line and along the route.
  • Paramedics will be assigned near the Start/Finish line and marshls will monitor the racers along the route.
  • Toilets and showers will be provided in designated areas of Sandari Batulao.
  • No parking near the Start/Finish area. The public is advised to park in assigned parking areas.
  • Registration fees are inclusive of: transponder tags, water bottle, a Finisher’s shirt, rider’s kit and giveaways.
Itinerary/Schedule of Events/Categories:
Day 1: Saturday, February 26, 2011 - Mountain Bike Events
Kids’ Race (Qualifying 12 and under) – 200 m, concrete uphill course
Junior (17 and under) – 2.5 km course, 6 laps
Sportivo / Sports Class Women (all ages) – 2.5 km course, 6 laps
Sportivo / Sports Class Men (18 to 35) – 2.5 km course, 8 laps
Sportivo / Sports Class Men (36 to 45) – 2.5 km course, 8 laps
Sportivo / Sports Class Men (46 and up) – 2.5 km course, 8 laps
The course will be open on February 25, 2011, one day before the event, for participants who wish to do a practice run at their own risk. The organizers will not be liable for any untoward incidents that may occur during the practice run.
Day 2: Sunday, February 27, 2011 - Road Bike Events
Kids’ Race (Finals, 12 and under)
Sportivo / Sports Class Women (all ages)
Sportivo / Sports Class Men (18 to 35)
Sportivo / Sports Class Men (36 to 45)
Sportivo / Sports Class Men (46 and up)
The road race will be approximately 100 km and will start at Sandari Batulao and pass through Palico, Lian, Calatagan, Balayan, Tuy and back to Nasugbu.
Seminars/Clinics on Basic to Intermediate Bicycle Maintenance (MTB & Road), Riding Efficiently and Safely (MTB & Road), Rider and Bicycle First Aid, Bicycle Advocacy and Promotion*.
*Attendance to the session on Bicycle Advocacy & Promotion is on a donation basis.

  1. Sir! pede po ba na gawa pa puh kayo ng tour de philippines…..ung 140+ km…8:00 am to 5:00pm mula sa Quezon to SBMA (subic)…then second day SBMA (subic) to subic Zambales…..marami pong salamat…willing poh akuh sumali…at ang pangarap ko….maging first filipino champion sa “le tour de France”

    • May nag ride pero hindi race across the Philippines, please find Padyak Trails of Hope of Pastor Ernie Catanghal. I believe he is still looking for bikers to ride with him.
