The Presidential Commission on Climate Change wants to see a show of hands as to how many bikers there really are in the Metro Manila. The ride is just 1 (one) lap around the Quezon Memorial Circle on Nov. 21, 2009. They are even willing to provide you with free breakfast for your trouble.
If you want to be counted as a biker, be at the aforementioned site before 7am.
